Are You Space Conscious? Try The Bean Bag Chairs

Wednesday, November 16th, 2011

Hello Friends,

I hope you had a wonderful week end and the  weather  is beautiful in your little corner pr the world.
We are having a cloudy, windy day  with a little sun  occasionally  peeking  through the clouds. I hear we have snow heading this way, The skiers will love that. It’s getting just about time to sit in the house in front of the fire
Place and cuddle up with a good book. Then watch the snow come down.

If you’ve just moved in to a new studio apartment and cannot decide whether you should start furnishing your new place with full-regalia seating furniture, you might want to get a few bean bags first while you decide. Full  yet. Bean bag chairs are, thus, a good option for those who are only starting out.

Compared to the usual furniture sets, bean bags do not take up much space in your home. They are also very mobile and fit easily in any room. You can bring bean bags anywhere. They do not need to be staples in just one room, like sofa sets. You cannot simply bring a sofa out to the porch if you want to, but with a bean bag this is not a problem. In short, it is a very versatile piece of furniture.

If you live in a rather cramped space, as most individuals who are just starting out do, bean bags are the perfect furniture. They are space-savvy and very cheap. Most bean bags retail for around $10 up, depending on the make and the design. But for the basic ones, getting a number for your apartment unit will not be a strain on the pocket.

Bean bags come in different shapes, sizes, and designs. Thus, you don’t have to be stuck with just one look for the room. You can mix and match bean bags according to your room’s theme. Why, you can even have yours customized!

In addition, since bean bag contents are replaceable, you can use just a few bean sets for a particular number of bags, and then save the extra bags for another occasion or as replacement furniture. You do not need to buy beans for all your bean bags if you won’t use all of them at the same time, anyway. Smart, isn’t it?

Aside from its versatility, a bean bag can also do wonders for your back. As opposed to the traditional chair or piece of furniture that has just one shape, which your body has to adjust to, bean bags tend to follow the shape of your body once you sink into it. You don’t have to keep changing your position every time you feel uncomfortable because the bean bag has already allowed you the best one.

Physical therapists even recommend bean bags for those with recurrent back aches because they provide comfortable seating. Pregnant women can even enjoy it without straining their backs.

Having said this, is there any downside to owning a bean bag, you might ask? Well, bean bags look a LOT different than traditional furniture. If you’re just starting out or if you don’t have much space, you can make bean bags work. However, as your move up, you might want to furnish your home with nice sofas eventually. While bean bag chairs are very practical, they look more like toys than actual furniture. But, hey, if you want to give your home that playful look, spread a number of colorful bean bag chairs all over.

As said earlier, bean bag chairs are versatile. They can serve as ‘ main  furniture, or they can be your home’s  Extra furniture for that extra company. Kids love them

Bean Bag Chair Patterns

Hello Friends

I hope you had a wonderful day. I am so happy being back with you tonight.
The days are passing so fast. If you plan to make gifts for Christmas you better get started. I will try my best to get
Some gift giving ideas are ready for you.. The bean bag chairs are fun.

We are using the Candle making over on our other  blog . http://junecraig.com/debt-wp/    check the crafts

Beanbag chairs are probably the only soft cushioned furniture that has such an interesting variety of patterns. This is not to say that other pieces of furniture have ugly patterns, but it is true that beanbag chairs are so creative and imaginative when it comes brainstorming for the patterns.

Large patterns are perceived to be the ones that are most relaxing. Large patterns are really fun especially if you just want to relax and doze off. You can choose among large patterns of circles or squares and many other designs!

If you love fruits, in this case, strawberries, then you can have a Strawberry Circles pattern for your beanbag chair. This pattern is good for kids, especially female ones, due to the colorful pink color. Strawberries have grown to become one of the icons that dictate childish femininity. There is no reason for you to break that tradition.

There are sorts of beanbag chair patterns that you can choose from. You just need to choose right to be able to distinguish which ones look best in your living room or in any other household division.

The term “pattern” does not just pertain to the beanbag chair’s outer covering. It also pertains to how the beanbag chair was molded or made.

Beanbag chairs were also patterned with urethane foam. They are filled with urethane foam to be able to be more assured that they will be providing a supportive feel for the decades to come. Its patterned upholstery was also purposely made to be different with its various colors and patterns. Their manufacturers understand that there is indeed a diversity when it comes to the favorite colors of their potential consumers, therefore, since they prioritize customer satisfaction, they have to serve their consumers first and foremost.

The patterns are definitely as different as the word “difference” can ever define. This is done on purpose to be able to satisfy every individual need and liking. Sometimes their patterns can get weird due to the utmost diversity that is being implemented. But still, no matter how weird things can get, the patterns of beanbag chairs are still highly sellable. So join the club and choose your own beanbag chair now!

Until Next Time,

A Bird-Flu Pandemic Could Start At Any Time

Monday, October 24th, 2011

Hello Friends,

It has been quite sometime since I have been here with you. It’s great being back. I promise to do better. But, you know, when you  computer decides to crash on you that really puts a halt to everything.
I do hope you are all doing well. You have all of your garden and yard cleanup finished? Ready for winter. It will soon be on us.
I can not believe how close we are to the holidays. Also that horrible flu season. I am already hearing many people who have the symptoms.

Bird flu is a disease caused by a specific type of avian (bird) influenza virus, the so-called H5N1 virus. This virus was first discovered in birds in China in 1997 and since then has infected 125 people in Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, and Indonesia, killing 64 of them. It is spread by infected migratory birds (including wild ducks and geese) to domestic poultry (primarily chickens, ducks, and turkeys), and then to humans.

Since 1997, and especially since the beginning of 2004, approximately 150 million birds have either died from the disease or been killed to prevent further spread. Nevertheless, this very infectious and deadly virus has spread relentlessly to China, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Laos, Russia, Indonesia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Turkey, Romania, England, Croatia, Macedonia, and other countries. This ongoing geographic extension of the virus is of great concern around the world. It is feared that it will continue to spread to all continents, including the Western Hemisphere—and it no doubt will.

Normally, different types of viruses infect just one, or a limited number, of species specific to the particular virus type. The bird-flu virus, however, has infected a large number of birds and animals, including ducks, chickens, turkeys, tree sparrows, peregrine falcons, great black-headed gulls, brown-headed gulls, gray herons, Canada geese, bar-headed geese, little egrets, pigs, clouded leopards, white tigers, mice, domestic cats, crows, magpies, peacocks, blue pheasants, rare eagles, turtledoves, swans, terns, and others. This is another sign of the virulence or destructiveness of the virus.

Researchers, historians, and infectious-disease experts have determined that influenza pandemics (global epidemics) occur approximately once every 30 years. The most deadly pandemic ever recorded occurred in 1918-19, killing more than 100 million people across the globe in less than two years. Two other much less severe pandemics occurred, one in 1957, when approximately  two million people died, and one in 1968, when about one million people died. Because we have already had three pandemics in less than 100 years, we are “overdue” for another one.

And so this disease-causing virus continues to infect more and more species in more and more countries. In laboratory experiments, it has been shown to be one of the most lethal influenza viruses ever known. In addition, just recently and after 10 years of work, researchers determined that the H5N1 bird-flu virus is genetically more similar to the deadly 1918-19 influenza pandemic virus than to the viruses which caused the much less severe pandemics of 1957-58 and 1968-69.

To summarize the important points so far: The bird-flu virus is a very deadly strain of avian influenza called H5N1 that has killed millions of birds; 2) the virus is spreading relentlessly around the world; 3) the virus has infected many species, which is uncharacteristic of most viruses; 4) the virus has been shown to be similar to the most deadly virus ever known, which caused the 1918-19 pandemic; 5) the virus has been shown to be much more deadly in laboratory experiments than regular influenza viruses; and 6) the virus is known to have infected at least 125 humans and killed 64 of them so far, yielding a fatality rate of approximately 50 percent.

The virus continues to kill humans, but at a slow rate—it has not yet acquired the capacity to be easily transmissible between humans; humans become infected primarily from sick birds. Because humans alive today have no natural immunity to the H5N1 virus, once it becomes easily transmissible between humans a pandemic or global epidemic will occur. The central question is, when will it exchange enough genetic material with the usual seasonal human influenza-viruses to become more like a human-influenza virus—and thus become easily transmissible between people?

Many people believe that the virus will continue to spread around the world until it is present in most or all countries—before it will “go human” (become easily transmissible between people). And that may be the case. The pandemic of 1918-19 is thought to have started in Kansas (of all places). So it is certainly possible that the coming pandemic could start somewhere else than in Asia—although most experts believe it will, in fact, start there. It could start in a country which has not yet been host to the virus.

However, it is most certainly not necessary for the virus to march all the way around the world before a pandemic can begin. The fact that the virus already has spread to more than 15 countries, and to many different bird and animal species, provides the opportunity for it to commingle with a human-influenza virus and create the dreaded human contagion. There is no known reason why this could not happen tomorrow.  While it is true that the probability of the switch increases with time, the probability of its happening tomorrow is far from zero.

The flip side to the possibility that the crossover could happen at any time is the fact that the virus has been around at least since 1997 and, as a matter of record, has not yet switched to a deadly human-to-human form. At least a few scientists believe that the virus can’t and won’t make the switch to a deadly form, possibly ever.

And so we are left with these two very different possibilities—at any time, and as soon as tomorrow, the virus could mutate into a deadly form, readily transmissible between people—or it might never transform itself into such a form. There appears to be much more evidence for the former and, presumably, that is why the vast majority of scientists and governments are scrambling to prepare for the worst.

This situation is analogous to living on the Gulf Coast during the beginning of hurricane season.  Residents there have been through it before, but most of the time the storms are not too severe and the people can get by without too much hassle.  However, there have been rare severe storms that have been devastating.  Some day another hurricane is coming, and it appears that it might well be a Category IV or even V by the time it strikes land. However, that’s not certain—no one can say for sure, and no one knows exactly when it will strike land. So what should the residents do?  What should the residents have done before hurricane Katrina?

The coming bird-flu pandemic might be mild and it might not come for years.  On the other hand, it might be severe and it might start tomorrow. The U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) has said, “While the severity of the next pandemic cannot be predicted, modeling studies suggest that its effect in the United States could be severe.” We should also be mindful that the pandemic could come at any time, even before the virus methodically marches around the globe.  No matter how advanced science has become, we still can not predict when the switch will occur; it is currently unknowable—and that does not mean it will come later, in a predictable fashion. As Miguel de Cervantes admonished, “Forewarned, forearmed.”

Are You Successful?

Wednesday, October 12th, 2011

Hello Friends,

I trust your day is going well. We are having a typical fall day here in the beautiful pacific northwest. it is cloudy with occasional sun peeking through. We had some of the much needed rain.
.The farmers are trying to get the apples picked in between rain the storms. The trucks are buzzing up and down the highways, filled with apples, pears and other fruit.Field after field of pumpkins. Can’t you just see the children’s faces while they(with their
parents of course) carve the pumpkins.

S – Start believing in yourself and what you do!

Starting=beginning. If you wouldn’t have taken the risk and got on your bicycle for the first time, would you have the confidence that you do now as you mount your bike for a ride through town? This belief comes from within and turns your dreams and vision into reality!

U – Understand another’s point of view.

You don’t know it all, so don’t appear to. Put yourself in their shoes and listen. Have empathy.
What does the other person want? What are they feeling? Block out your own feelings and the voice that has a response to their statements and truly “BE” with the one you are talking with. Don’t interrupt! Have you ever thought of the perfect response, so witty and smart, that it burst out of your mouth, only to stop the sentence coming out of the other person’s mouth. You missed them and possibly the sale or relationship.
Have you ever truly been understood? It is the best feeling in the world. When you put yourself aside to put the other person first, that is true sacrifice and success.

C – Confidence isn’t a feeling, it is an action. You need to have it, even when you just don’t feel like you can!

C – Collaborate , share your successes, be vulnerable and share your mistakes. Be real! You will become a people magnet. Surround yourself with people you admire. Look for like minded people, people who have what you want, who believe as you believe! Find out how they got to where they are and then do the same. Billionaire Ross Perot paid millions to attract the brightest to his company. Be people smart.

E – Exercise your brain and body.

Read, read, read! Readers are leaders. Have you thought about that, it is true. The more you know, the more confident you feel and the more comfortable you feel collaborating with those who have what you want. Sound familiar?

Run, run, run! Keep your body in shape. Make a list of the people you admire, who have what you want? What do they look like? Do they exercise or take care of their outer body as well as their mind and soul?

E- Encourage others! Your friends, family, business partners all deserve to hear praise. Dig deep to find something they are good at or have done well, then say it, write it, sing a song to it, whatever, just acknowledge it to that other person!

D- Determine to be better than who you are and you’ll be surprised at who you’ll become! Use the bulldog determination like the tortoise and the Hare. Even the snail made it to the ark. Determine not to quit, creatively begin again and again, and again!
How hard are you going to work? How bad do you want it! It isn’t that hard, just…

Start believing in yourself.
Understand another’s point of view.
Confidence – do it and then feel it!
Collaborate with those who have what you want.
Exercise your mind, body and soul.
Encourage others.

Determine to be better than who you are and you’ll be surprised at who you’ll become –

Then SUCCEED!

Surprising Facts About Depression in North America

Saturday, September 10th, 2011

Hello Friends,

It  is a wonderful day to be alive. Much more so if
you can be indoors by  the air conditioner if you are
where it is in the the hundred degree temperature range.
They say we will have another week of this, then it will
cool down to the eighties.

These poor folks out in the orchards day after day picking
our fruit. You have to admire them. You very seldom hear
them complain. They always seem to be happy, smiling and
laughing.

I don’t know if this is so surprising, nearly everyone you talk to
is either fighting depression or know someone who is.
I know  is hope for us. There is help for it. The main thing I
have found for myself has been to learn  how the Relax. That
was something I have found so hard to do.

.
Clinical depression is the leading cause of disability
in North America. The World Health Organization
anticipates that by 2020, clinical depressions will be
the second leading cause of disability worldwide.
Heart disease is expected to continue being number
one.

Interestingly, almost twice as many females as males
report or receive treatment for clinical  depression.
That’s because men won’t seek help as fast as women.

However, recent history is showing a lessening of this
imbalance. This difference seems to disappear after
the age of facts.

The theoretical causes and risk factors of clinical
depression are broadly classified into two categories
Physiological and Sociological.

One common sociological cause is life
experiences. This includes job loss, long term
unemployment, rape, divorce and sexual dysfunction. As
the instances of these causes increase in North
America, the cases of depression rise as well.

A few of the physiological factors prevalent in North
America include dietary, medical conditions and even
the quality of sleep.

The increase in depression in industrialized countries
is linked to the reduced amounts of omega-3 fatty
acids found in intensively farmed and processed foods.
A deficiency in magnesium levels can cause depression
as well as an excess of omega-6 fatty acids.

Certain illnesses including cardiovascular disease,
prominent in North America, may contribute to
depression. Some prescription drugs such as hormonal
contraceptives and steroids may also play a roll in
causing depression.

Abnormal sleep architecture has been found in many
people suffering from major depression. This results
in entering REM sleep sooner than normal, along with
emotionally charged dreams.

Alzheimer’s Care Giving While Maintaining Your Own Health

Thursday, September 8th, 2011

Hello Friends.

We are having another beautiful day to be alive. I trust your day has been wonderful as well. We still have a short time before fall begins. Enjoy as much of it as you possibly can. I hope the weather Is wonderful in your part of the world also.

There are so many families who have a member who has Alzheimer’s. I’m sure most of us,Know someone who has it. It is something we should all be concerned with .Being a caregiver It is very rewarding. Knowing you are able to help someone. It is also very stressful. My daughter has been a care-giver for several years. She gets so emotionally involved with Them and their families. When they are gone it’s like losing  a member of your own family.Last month she lost a client she had taken care of on weed-end for five years. A week later she lost her sister. My oldest daughter. I was so worried about her. I know she is strong but you can only
take so much. She lost her husband, he left her with two small children to raise. They were five and one and a half. What a blow. The are both married now with children of their own. God won’t give you more then you can handle.

Just for a moment I want you to imagine that you are coming out of a very deep sleep. If you have ever had surgeries try to remember the way you felt as you were trying to make sense of things as you awoke. As you imagine or remember this sensation do you find yourself wondering if it is morning or night. Are you trying to remember where you are? Do you have a startle reaction and think for a moment that you are late for work or forgot to pick up your children at school? I have had that upsetting feeling if I wake up in the middle of the night or even after a nap. Now imagine that same fog every moment of your life…….

So many care givers find themselves frustrated with an Alzheimer’s sufferer. They may say things like “He just doesn’t seem to care if I am with him or not” or “He doesn’t enjoy doing anything any more.” I know that it is so hard to accept the changes in your loved one and know that this is going to be your reality. If you can remind yourself that the behaviors are organic it will help. The plaque is building up and spreading over the surface of the brain just as a grass fire moves across a dry field. As it covers more areas your loved falls deeper into that fog. Alzheimer’s disease doesn’t show up like a broken one or a surgical scar but the effects are just as real.

When the things they say or do cause you to feel angry or sad do you best to remember that it is the disease. not  your loved one. That’s when it is time for some care giver TLC.

Care giver burnout is a very real occurrence. If you are caring for someone you must include your own needs each day. Your health may decline at a faster rate than the person you are caring for if your dietary, emotional and physical needs are not met. Skipping checkups their Dr’s .is not an option.

You may be asking “How am I supposed to do all of this all by myself?” The answer is simple. You can’t do it all alone. The first step to healthy care giving is accepting the fact that you have limitations. Every human being does. You can only stay awake, maintain your health and keep up with the demands for a limited amount of time. When you reach your limit you may find yourself suffering from care giver burnout. You may have trouble concentrating, experience nervous  tension, and you may find it difficult to fight off resentment toward your loved one or others in your family that you feel should be assisting you.

Reach out. Call upon your family, friends, and church and community organizations. Your local hospitals will have information regarding community resources. This information can usually be found by contacting the Social Services Department. Another good resource is the Alzheimer’s Association. By taking care of your health you will, in turn be a better care giver.

Lose Weight with Yoga!

Monday, September 5th, 2011

Hello Friends,

I am truly happy being back with you this morning.
I hope you are having a happy and safe week-end
with your family and friends.

Some people are actually working today. Richard
is one of them. They started the apple harvest this morning.
Seems like this came up so fast. The Gala’s are the first apples
to be picked.. We really need some rain,it’s getting pretty
dry, we could use some of the rain they have had on
the east coast.U.S.A

Yoga has been touted to be a relaxation technique
which is able to tone the mind, body and spirit into
working harmoniously. Many yoga teachers and fitness
experts claim that yoga can lead to successful and
lasting weight loss.

Any weight loss program is comprised of a healthy diet
and regular exercise. However, you have to stick to
your program. This is difficult for most people as
their often hectic schedules make it hard to find
enough exercise time. This is where yoga can be
extremely fruitful.

Yoga is a very fast form of deep relaxation. Just the
most basic poses and breathing exercises will help you
deal with stress and clear your mind. This will affect
your state of mind not only toward yourself but your
whole life.

The more relaxed you become the better able you will
be to to control eating between meals. Deep breathing
exercises will help to improve your inner strength as
well as your concentration. This will help you stick
to your diet and exercise program.

Yoga tones your body and fortifies all of your
muscles. It helps to stimulate the glands that secrete
hormones which in turn increases your metabolism. As
you attain higher levels of yoga, you get faster at it
and find that it becomes easier to work off your
excess fat.

If you are extremely overweight, yoga is a very good
way of getting back into shape. It not only prepares
your mind but also your body for weight loss. If you
start your yoga sessions as well as the other required
steps to your weight loss program, you will soon
experience a lighter you and will begin to lead a much
better lifestyle.

Apples are also used as a very good food source in dieting.

Until Next Time,

The Heart of Self Improvement is Motivation

Saturday, August 13th, 2011

o

Hello Friends,

I trust your day has been wonderful for you. If it wasn’t terrific you have the whole weekend to improve on it.Two days of

relaxation . It is so good being here tonight. It’s very quiet, kind of nice having peace and quiet. We are looking forward to this next week.

It’s always good to have something nice in the future to plan for. There is so much trouble in the world today so much suffering and pain.

Pain may sometimes be the reason why people change. Getting flunked grades make us realize that we need to study. Debts remind us of our inability to look for a source of income. Being humiliated gives us the ‘push’ to speak up and fight for ourselves to save our face from the next embarrassments.

It may be a bitter experience, a friend’s tragic story, a great movie, or an inspiring book that will help us get up and get just the right amount of motivation we need in order to improve ourselves.

With the countless negativities the world brings about, how do we keep motivated? Try on the tips I prepared from A to Z…

A – Achieve your dreams. Avoid negative people, things and places. Eleanor Roosevelt once said, “the future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.”

B – Believe in your self, and in what you can do.

C – Consider things on every angle and aspect. Motivation comes from determination. To be able to understand life, you should feel the sun from both sides.

D – Don’t give up and don’t give in. Thomas Edison failed once, twice, more than thrice before he came up with his invention and perfected the incandescent light bulb. Make motivation as your steering wheel.

E – Enjoy. Work as if you don’t need money. Dance as if nobody’s watching. Love as if you never cried. Learn as if you’ll live forever. Motivation takes place when people are happy.

F – Family and Friends – are life’s greatest ‘F’ treasures. Don’t loose sight of them.

G – Give more than what is enough. Where does motivation and self improvement take place, at work? At home? At school? When you exert extra effort in doing things.

H – Hang on to your dreams. They may dangle in there for a moment, but these little stars will be your driving force.

I – Ignore those who try to destroy you. Don’t let other people to get the best of you. Stay out of toxic people – the kind of friends who hates to hear about your success.

J – Just be yourself. The key to success is to be yourself. And the key to failure is to try to please everyone.

K – keep trying no matter how hard life may seem. When a person is motivated, eventually he sees a harsh life finally clearing out, paving the way to self improvement.

L – Learn to love your self. Now isn’t that easy?

M – Make things happen. Motivation is when your dreams are put into work clothes.

N – Never lie, cheat or steal. Always play a fair game.

O – Open your eyes. People should learn the horse attitude and horse sense. They see things in 2 ways – how they want things to be, and how they should be.

P – Practice makes perfect. Practice is about motivation. It lets us learn repertoire and ways on how can we recover from our mistakes.

Q – Quitters never win. And winners never quit. So, choose your fate – are you going to be a quitter? Or a winner?

R – Ready yourself. Motivation is also about preparation. We must hear the little voice within us telling us to get started before others will get on their feet and try to push us around. Remember, it wasn’t raining when Noah build the ark.

S – Stop procrastinating.

T – Take control of your life. Discipline or self control jives synonymously with motivation. Both are key factors in self improvement.

U – Understand others. If you know very well how to talk, you should also learn how to listen. Yearn to understand first, and to be understood the second.

V – Visualize it. Motivation without vision is like a boat on a dry land.

W – Want it more than anything. Dreaming means believing. And to believe is something that is rooted out from the roots of motivation and self improvement.

X – X Factor is what will make you different from the others. When you are motivated, you tend to put on “extras” on your life like extra time for family, extra help at work, extra care for friends, and so on.

Y – You are unique. No one in this world looks, acts, or talks like you. Value your life and existence, because you’re just going to spend it once.

Z – Zero in on your dreams and go for it!!!
That gives you something to think about.

Until Next Time,

BE GOOD TO YOURSELF, STAY HEALTHY and BE HAPPY!!!

Best Wishes,

Do You Have Faith In God’s Word And His Healing Power?

Thursday, August 11th, 2011

Hello Friends,

My goodness here it is another week-end almost here.. I hope your weather is as pleasant

As ours. Warm in the daytime cooler over night. Very good for sleeping..

Do you have children? It won’t be long and school will be out. I’ll bet your brain is working over

time thinking of things to keep them busy.  Oh! I do remember those days.. I wish they were back.

I hear our grandson (one of nine grand-children)is coming for a visit next week with his new bride.

It will be a busy time for my daughter..When  they come home like that for such a short time, its hard to pin them down in one place for very long.

They have things to do and other family members to see along with friends. None of our houses

Are big enough for everyone so we have to take turns with them. He usually stops in here first

As we are first on the route to his mothers. Sometimes we meet for dinner at a restaurant in town

If I am able to go.. They will stop again on their way out of town. They live in Wyoming so we

Don’t see them often.

“WHAT EVER YOU DO IN LIFE LET GOD DIRECT YOUR PATH, FUTURE AND YOUR DESTINY.”

The Word of God cannot work without Faith. You cannot understand without Faith. Speak the word of Healing

and you will be healed. Faith is certain of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. God’s word is

living and active. It penetrates to driving our Body, Mind and Soul.

Praise the Lord in the mist of the Problem.

Ask God for his Help.

Listen to the Lord., Pray for deliverance., Always think Positive. ,Raising the bar is getting closer to God.

Every Season in your Life has a Purpose., Our Lives are determined by the Season’s., Go from Pain to Power.

God does not Heal a thing by saying it is not there., You must admit your Present Condition., Your true Beauty is in your Inner Self.

Life and Death are in the Power of the Tongue. Your Mind plays an important role in your Victory.

Your Tongue; can be a curse, you can not tame it or control it. Only God can do that.

Nothing is to Hard for God, Life is Lived from the Inside Out. All we have is Today

The Future is the Past that has not happen Yet.

God is in Control of History he Works out everything for his Purpose.

“WHAT EVER YOU DO IN LIFE LET GOD DIRECT YOUR PATH, FUTURE AND YOUR DESTINY.”

Until Next Time,

BE GOOD TO YOURSELF, STAY HEALTHY and BE HAPPY!!!

Back Pain and Multiple Melanoma

Wednesday, August 10th, 2011

Hello Friends,

I trust your day has been good to you. I am so happy being here with you tonight. The weather has been very nice. It’s absolutely gorgeous here in the beautiful pacific northwest.U.S.A.

I hope you are in a area where the weather is beautiful and your life as well, There is so much going on in the country and in our lives right now its kind
of hard to stay focused on much of anything. If you are one of those who are having difficulties our prayers go out to you.

You can always look to God if you are having problems and don’t know which way to turn. He will always listen, if you will only call on him.
There is so much pain in the world. Lots of it is man made. There is some that isn’t. There are different types of back pain. If you do have pain in your back
you should see your physician. It may be something minor or it could be serous.

Some of the common problems that cause back pain merge from musculoskeletal conditions and neurological conditions. However, back pain also arises from arthritis, muscle disorders, etc, including multiple melanoma. Muscle melanoma is abnormalities and proliferation of the plasma cells within the bone marrow. According to etiology aspects, doctors believe that multiple melanoma derives from genetics, environment, and unknown sources.

The physical condition merges from a single tumor, which starts in the bone marrow and disseminates into the liver, lymph nodes, spleen, bones, and kidney. Tumors of this nature set up in plasma cells, which manufacture abnormal counts of immunoglobulin. The tumor then triggers activities, such as osteoblastic, which leads to destruction of bones and extends all through the body.

Symptoms emerge from the actions, which include headaches, hemorrhaging, height loss, severe, and constant bone pain, fractures, deformations of the skeletal muscles, ribs, sternum, and renal calculi. Multiple infections often emerge from the tumor as well.

As you can see, the symptoms will cause back pain as well, since the skeletal system, muscles, ribs, etc, are affected.

How multiple melanoma is noted:

Doctors order x-rays, bone marrow biopsy, blood chemistry, bone scan, hematology, urine chemistry and Bence Jones tests to note multiple melanoma.

If the doctor spots diffusion that point to spherical punch-outs of bone lesion, the search carries on to discover potential osteoporosis. As well, the doctor will look for osteolytic lacerations of the cranium, and widespread of demineralization.
Doctors will look for various signs that diagnose multiple melanoma, including monoclonal spike, increases in count of juvenile plasma cells, and so on. Once tests are completed management, interventions, and other steps are taking to avert paraplegia, gout, acute renal failure, seizures, hemorrhaging, infections, and fractures.

If you are diagnosed with multiple melanoma, it is recommended that you sway away from lifting heavy objects. Lifting may cause constipation. In addition, you should avoid over-the-counter medications, since it to can cause variant symptoms to emerge. You will need to wear braces, casts, or splints also to avoid fractures.
Occult blood could set in if you have multiple melanoma, which doctors will often recommend that you watch for its symptoms. Strength training exercises or exercises that exercise the muscles is highly recommended to those with multiple melanoma. Doctors often set up medical management schemes, which include diet forced fluids, transfusion therapy, mouth and skin care, etc.

As the management scheme is setup, the doctor will monitor the patient, since falling is dangerous. In addition, the patient is monitored, since bruising and infections could set in and increase the symptoms. Activities and bed rest is incorporated into the scheme. The patient must also learn stress reduction strategies.
Post-radiation and post-chemotherapeutic treatments are issued in severe cases. In addition, the patient is monitored for infections, bleeding, and imbalances of electrolyte. Patients are encouraged to monitor symptoms at home, including symptoms that merge from fractures, seizures, and renal calculi.

If you are diagnosed with multiple melanoma, you will experience pain over the entire body. You can minimize the pain by following your physician’s recommendations. In addition, you will need to learn more information about your disease from the ACS. (American Cancer Society)

Unfortunately, back pain emerges from a variety of conditions, including cancerous diseases. In fact, hemophilia can cause back pain, which we can discuss briefly.
Hemophilia is an inherited bleeding disorder. The disease is characterized by various symptoms, yet it is separated from Hemophilia A and B. VIII is the common disorder, which deficiencies. Deficiencies also emerge IX B disorders. To learn more about back pain, study diseases, disorders, muscle skeletal disorders, and so on.

Until Next Time,

BE GOOD TO YOURSELF,STAY HEALTHY and BE HAPPY!!!
