Hello Friends,
I am so happy being back here with you tonight. I do hope you are not one of the unfortunate people Stranded by the snow. My heart goes out to you.. You are in our prayers.
Have you had your flu shots? I have talked to several people this year who had them, then became very sick. Richard and I had ours early. Both sick afterward. My daughter has only been getting them the past
Four or five years, because of taking care of the elderly. She is very sick from hers. I just wonder if they
Did something different to them this time. Anyone have any ideas on this? I would like to hear them.
On to a different subject. The holidays are fast approaching. Due to the economy, people without jobs and all the other things that go with that many people will probably make gifts. I really love getting home made gifts.
I thought I would put some ideas out there for you this year.
The bean bag chairs have been around for a long time. We had a couple, the grand kids loved them. The cats and dogs also.(That’s what happened to mine) They are fun…
Contrary to famous perception, beanbags are actually not made of real beans. Instead they are made of tiny compounds that feel like beans. Of course, the various manufacturers of beanbags made it a point not to make beanbags with real beans because of the organic factor that real beans, of course, rot. If that is the case, then their beanbags will probably not be purchased by many because of the rotting odor and the fact that it is filled with rotten organic material.
Beanbags are not as expensive as you might initially think. Of course, some are deemed to be so expensive. But not every beanbag you see costs you a fortune. You just need to look in the right places to be able to find the right beanbag for your household, at the same time one that does not seem like you needed to rob a bank before purchasing it.
They also require keen maintenance and care. When you opt to relax in a certain beanbag, you need to make sure first that you are not wearing anything that is sharp enough to puncture its fabric. The fabric is not as thick as cement or hardwood; thus, you need to be careful if you really intend on keeping your beanbag intact.
Having a hole, or holes, on your beanbag is very detrimental. The air that gives your beanbag that engulfing look will be drained out and thus; you will have less air to have fun with. The “beans” might also exit through the “wound”, which means your beanbag will slowly become empty. If that is the case, then why don’t you just sit on the floor?
You should also be careful when it is time to give your beanbags a “bath”. You must not use any whitening agents if your beanbag is colored. You can if you want your beanbag’s color to fade. In regards with soap, you can soap it as much as you like, just making sure that the piece of cloth or brush that you are using to brush the soap is not one that can puncture the fabric.
Beanbags are definitely one of those furniture pieces that just make you wonder. It proves that humanity has not ended their stage of creativity yet. It shows just how much man can do and come up with.
